Another picture with my concepts of dragon-Fili and dragon-Kili. The idea for this came completely random to me. The scenery I had in mind for this was something about maybe an enemy or unwanted guest of some sort is approaching the lonely mountain and Fili and Kili discover them, maybe while patrolling outside, and confront them to fend them off - something like that.

This is still from last year. I drew this the same way like the Thorin picture, using grey tones only, with the plan to add colors later.
The coloring on this one worked much better than the last one - you'll see when I upload the colored version next week. But still I think working like this (the part with doing the coloring afterwards) is not really for me. 

Though it's much fun (and also much easier to do the shadings) to work only in grey tones. What do you guys think? Do you like those pictures only in grey tones? Should I do more like this one?
